Love Meditation

Loving-kindness meditation is a practice aimed at deepening and expanding feelings of love and positive emotions towards ourselves and others. It is a powerful tool for processing and healing anger, traumas, and negative emotions related to others. Through loving-kindness meditation, we can create a space of compassion and forgiveness, allowing us to heal from past hurts and cultivate healthier relationships with ourselves and those around us.
